If your vessel arrives with any manufacturing defects, chips, cracks, or transit damage, we will ship you a brand-new replacement at absolutely zero cost to you. Simply email a clear photo of the damage along with your order number to support@shopdonumdei.com within 30 days of delivery.

Bespoke Printing Notice:
Because each premium vessel is custom-printed to order honoring specific legacies or scriptural verses, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your design selections carefully before completing your checkout.
